Transportation in plants

Watch this video and put in order the sentences below


Water evaporate from the stomata present in the leaves in a process called transpiration.
Leaves make use of water and carbón dioxide for photosynthesis.
Plant roots absorb minerals and water from the soil throught roots hairs.
The xylem transport water and minerals from the roots to other parts of the plants.
Stomata open and close to exchange gases. 
Glucose form during photosynthesis is transported to the other parts of the plants throught the floem.
